• White Ink Circulation Technology: Prevents white ink sedimentation by continuously circulating the ink all the way to the damper above the print head for continuous high-quality production.
• Equipped with an advanced ink circulation system to minimize waste and ensure consistent print quality.
• 3-Way Intelligent Heater:
• Pre- and print heaters control the spread of ink on the media for blur-free image quality, while the post heater accelerates drying of ink.
• Pinch Roller System:
• Ability to fine-tune the pressure of pinch rollers enables stable DTF film feeding.
• Nozzle Check Unit (NCU):
• Automatically checks and detects clogged nozzles and initiates a cleaning function to recover them.
• In addition, there is a nozzle recovery system built in! If the Nozzle Check Unit cannot recover a clogged nozzle, the Nozzle Recovery System automatically substitutes defective nozzles with working ones to ensure constant image quality and uninterrupted production.
