Fine Grain DTF Adhesive Powder

Achieve sharp, clean details with our Fine Grain DTF Adhesive Powder, designed for precision and soft finishes. This powder is ideal for intricate designs, fine text, and smooth edges. It melts evenly and quickly, bonding securely to a wide range of fabrics while maintaining a soft hand feel.

Application Instructions:

1. Print design on DTF film with DTF inks.

2. While ink is still wet, apply powder evenly to the printed area.

3. Shake off excess powder.

4. Cure at 250–270°F (120–130°C) for 2–3 minutes, or until fully melted.

5. Press onto garment at 285–320°F (150–160°C) for 10–15 seconds.

6. Peel hot or cold depending on film type.  Post-press for 5 seconds for extra durability.
