DTF Transfer Film – Available in 24" & 31" | Hot or Cold Peel

Achieve vibrant, high-quality prints with our premium DTF (Direct-to-Film) Transfer Film, designed for excellent ink absorption and smooth transfers every time. Available in 24-inch and 31-inch widths, this film supports both hot and cold peel applications, giving you flexibility based on your workflow and garment type.

Transfer Instructions:

1. Print your design in mirror image directly onto the matte side of the film using DTF inks.

2. Apply powder evenly while the print is still wet.

3. Cure the powder using a heat press, oven, or curing unit at 250–270°F (120–130°C) for 2–3 minutes, or until the powder is fully melted.

4. Press onto the garment:

   • Temp: 285–320°F (150–160°C)

   • Time: 8–15 seconds

   • Pressure: Medium to Firm

5. Peel Options:

   • For Hot Peel: Wait 5–10 seconds after pressing, then peel.

   • For Cold Peel: Let the transfer fully cool before peeling.

Finish with a quick post-press  for 5 seconds to improve wash durability. Wait 24 hours before washing.
