Medium Grain DTF Adhesive Powder

Built for durability and bold graphics, our Medium Grain DTF Adhesive Powder delivers a strong bond with excellent stretch and longevity. The slightly larger grain is ideal for thicker garments, larger prints, and high-wear areas where extra adhesion is key.

Perfect for: Cotton, polyester, performance fabrics, and blended garments
Recommended for: Bold designs, larger graphics, and heavy-use garments

Application Instructions:

1. Print your design on DTF film using DTF inks.

2. Apply powder while ink is wet, coating the print area evenly.

3. Shake off excess powder.

4. Cure at 250–270°F (120–130°C) for 2–3 minutes, or until powder fully melts.

5. Press onto garment at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 10–15 seconds.

6. Peel hot or cold based on your film. Optional: Post-press for improved finish and durability.
